C | 这颗芯片采用8核心设计,CPU部分由2颗4.55GHz超大核、3颗4.35GHz大核以及3颗3.1GHz中核组成。对比上代天玑9500最高4.21GHz的主频,天玑9600 Pro的超大核主频刷新了联发科的历史纪录,性能释放更为激进。 GPU方面,天玑9600 Pro集成了全新的G2 Ultra NX MC12图形处理器,与小米玄戒O3采用的G2 Ultra NX同属一代架构。两者的主要区别在于核心配置,天玑9600 Pro为12核心GPU,而玄戒O3则配备了更为激进的16核心方案,在图形性能堆料上更为极致。 在制造工艺上,天玑9600 Pro基于台积电最先进的2nm N2P工艺打造,这也是联发科旗下首款2nm手机芯片。相比初代N2工艺,N2P在性能上可再提升5%至10%,功耗降低5%至10%。与N3E工艺相比,性能提升最高可达18%,功耗降低约36%,逻辑密度提升1.2倍,能效优势十分突出。 值得关注的是,除了联发科,9月份即将登场的高通第六代骁龙8至尊版和第六代骁龙8超级至尊版也将采用台积电N2P工艺制程。
